This service is part of our after-sales services, ie. if a foreign customer purchases a house with us, there are many things that need to be looked after, especially when the customer returns back to their home country. These services including maid services, insurance, etc.

Rentals of properties are best suited for people who want to have a place to stay in Thailand temporarily, e.g. a few weeks of months, without the need to buy a property here. We can help you find a suitable place to stay, and can make all the arrangements, including maintenance services.

The price of renting a property can vary, though we at Hua Hin Thai Property aim to give you the cheapest price possible, as your needs are our needs.
